  • •Serve as the internal authority on the vertical, providing industry grounding for product marketing, analyst relations, and pre-sales.
  • •Translate PSO market knowledge into investment-backed product requirements, including opportunity sizing and build-vs-partner decisions.
  • •Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to validate roadmap direction and monitor competitive offerings and compliance trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven product management experience building enterprise software (ERP, PSA, or enterprise SaaS) used by professional services organizations.
  • •Deep operational knowledge of how professional services organizations run, including utilization/economics, engagement profitability, billing models, and resource/pipeline-to-revenue flows.
  • •Strong command of core PSO processes such as project accounting and billing, time and expense management, and resource planning.
  • •A clear point of view on how AI is changing professional services business models and what that means for the ERP requirements.
  • •Commercial orientation and strong communication/stakeholder engagement at C-suite and practitioner level.
