Key Responsibilities

•Design and optimize the 3PL framework, defining next steps for each partner.
•Manage 3PL and rider documentation to support Legal and Operations and ensure labor compliance.
•Develop processes and long-term projects to improve 3PL setup efficiency, reporting to the Courier Ops & 3PL Manager and Head of Ops.
•Oversee daily relationships with 3PL partners, managing requests and ensuring optimal rider supply.
•Collaborate with the Operations team to improve rider experience and position Glovo as a preferred delivery app in Poland.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment (e.g., consulting or tech).
•Experience in the delivery or on-demand industry is a plus.
•Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on Glovo objectives.
•Proficiency with Google Suite (or Microsoft Office).
•Fluency in Polish and English, plus strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
