Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Business Analyst for Customer Support Order Management in Cairo, Egypt to design, implement, and continuously improve Customer Support Sales KPI measuring systems across EMEA Customer Support Clusters.
  • •Complete three rotational assignments of 12 months each to build broad exposure to commercially oriented roles across key growth areas.
  • •Develop capabilities through leadership training, personal coaching, and networking with senior leaders and fellow participants.
  • •Take on potential assignments aligned to country placement (e.g., quotation engineering, technical support, field sales, field marketing, application engineering, segment sales).
  • •Relocate within the region during the program as required by rotation and international exposure plans (opportunity to work in at least two countries over three years).

Key Requirements

  • •Must currently have or obtain a bachelor’s degree in Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) or engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering), Finance, or a similar field by August 2026.
  • •A master’s degree in related fields is preferred.
  • •Work or internship experience is a plus (up to a maximum of 3 years of experience).
  • •Demonstrate effective communication, proactivity, and curiosity.
  • •Be able to learn fast, take challenging tasks, and be flexible to relocate within the region during the program.
