Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare new fiberglass body panels and components for Monster Jam bodies.
  • •Clean, repair, restore, refurbish or replace fiberglass panels and/or body components; remove damaged parts to inspect and determine value.
  • •Grind, sand, drill, buff and prime surfaces of Monster Jam bodies for outer and inner shells; spray with various mediums.
  • •Pre-align and assemble components to verify fit for paint or vinyl application; realign and repair body panels of structural and non-structural components.
  • •Maintain safety equipment and participate in routine shop maintenance and cleaning schedules.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2 year college or Technical school; or 3 years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Industry experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of an Automotive Body Shop.
  • •Demonstrated skills in fabrication repair and painting required.
  • •Proficient in automotive painting, masking and spraying techniques.
  • •Knowledgeable in the mediums that apply to automotive such as, paint, epoxy, clear coats, fiberglass, auto body plastic fillers and polyester putties etc.
