Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and support MEDITECH-based reporting and analytics solutions
•Partner with client stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
•Develop and maintain reports and extracts using MEDITECH tools NPR, RD, DR, BCA, and Quality Vantage
•Build and optimize dashboards and datasets to support clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory reporting needs
•Demonstrate deep understanding of MEDITECH data structures, dictionaries, and module-level workflows

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•5–7+ years of hands-on MEDITECH reporting experience (10+ years strongly preferred)
•Demonstrated experience across multiple MEDITECH reporting tools: NPR, RD, DR, BCA
•Proven experience supporting reporting across multiple MEDITECH platforms/environments
•Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
