Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for employees providing support on a wide range of HR topics with a people-first approach.
  • •Own and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • •Maintain and update HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high data quality standards.
  • •Support international HR operations, including onboarding, mobility processes and day-to-day HR administration.
  • •Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, reports) in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in HR, Management or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in HR operations.
  • •Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
  • •Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and empathetically with different stakeholders.
  • •A detail-oriented and structured mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • •A proactive, adaptable and solution-driven attitude in a fast-paced, international environment.
