Asset Protection Partner

Help safeguard Sephora’s store assets and create a safe, inclusive environment by monitoring store activity, deterring theft, and responding to incidents. Work with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, lead training and meetings, use CCTV and reporting tools to investigate losses, and complete audits and reports. Spend most of your time on the selling floor and de-escalate situations professionally.
