Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement construction security strategies, policies, and operating standards; oversee site security across construction zones, access points, and logistics routes.
  • •Manage incident management, investigations, escalation, and emergency response coordination; conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
  • •Coordinate logistics security and operational requirements, including secure movement of materials and critical project assets and access for contractor vehicles and deliveries.
  • •Lead command center coordination, situational awareness, access control, permit-related security controls, and corrective recommendations for recurring issues.
  • •Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance and governance frameworks, build performance reporting/KPIs, and lead/mentor security and logistics teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in security operations, construction security, logistics, infrastructure, operations, or major project environments.
  • •4+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and service providers.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, masterplan, or giga-project developments.
  • •Proven experience managing outsourced security contracts, third-party logistics providers, and contractor performance.
  • •Experience in emergency response, crisis management, operational readiness, and incident investigations.
