Project Surveyor III (Buildings - Post Contract)

Project Surveyor III will lead post-contract cost management on large-scale infrastructure and housing projects, coordinating with design and client teams, evaluating claims, managing cash flows and earned value, and negotiating variations to ensure cost control and timely project completion within a large multidisciplinary team.
