Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, build, and operate production-grade AI agents for task automation, decision support, summarization, and human-in-the-loop execution.
  • •Build and maintain MCP and an enterprise tool layer exposing manufacturing systems and enterprise data to agents with auditable tool contracts and version management.
  • •Establish evaluation, security, observability, and delivery practices for non-deterministic systems operating 24x7, including testing, monitoring, and guardrails.
  • •Deliver end-to-end enterprise full-stack solutions across C# / ASP.NET and C++ services, RESTful APIs, SQL data models, and Angular front ends on Kubernetes with CI/CD.
  • •Define engineering standards, lead architecture and code reviews, mentor engineers, and shape how AI-assisted development and AI-generated output are reviewed within the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • •8+ years of production software engineering with ownership of enterprise systems.
  • •Strong backend depth in C# / ASP.NET or C++ with SQL schema design, query performance, and transactional integrity.
  • •Proven delivery of end-to-end solutions using RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations, deployed with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
  • •Practical front-end experience with Angular (preferred), or React/Vue, plus clean, testable layered architecture.
