Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-Author 0-to-1 Products: Partner directly with the CEO and global leadership to turn raw strategic visions and disruptive AI capabilities into functional, market-ready financial software in weeks, not quarters.
  • •Embody the Product Engineer Mindset: Synthesize business requirements, regulatory realities, and cutting-edge tech; shape the product roadmap beyond coding to optimize scope and user experience.
  • •Execute with Velocity: Run rapid proofs-of-concept, deploy to live users to test market fit, and balance rapid feature iteration with architectural soundness.
  • •Deliver End-To-End Solutions: Act as a generalist; handle backend-heavy work while also contributing to API design and frontend polish to ship complete products.
  • •Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the CEO and founders’ lab to turn ambitious ideas into tangible software for global users.

Salary: GBP 74,822 - 138,955 annually

  • •6+ years of software engineering experience, with a deep foundation in backend architecture and a proven ability to confidently flex full-stack when the mission requires it.
  • •Startup or R&D DNA: A track record of personally shipping products from scratch in high-growth startups, corporate innovation labs, or fast-paced greenfield environments.
  • •Sharp Product & Commercial Intuition: You challenge assumptions and care about user experience and business impact, evaluating technical decisions through a commercial lens.
