Support Account Executives and Associate Account Executives by servicing assigned surety accounts in Saskatchewan. Key Responsibilities

•Support Account Executives and Associate Account Executives in managing assigned surety accounts.
•Coordinate and implement key processes that serve clients effectively.
•Undertake internal activities related to client service processes.
•Manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests efficiently.
•Participate in the renewal process and apply guidelines using available resources.

Key Requirements

•Support Account Executives and Associate Account Executives in managing assigned accounts.
•Broker’s license required, or must be obtained within 4 months of start date.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain rapport and communicate effectively with clients and insurers.
•Ability to perform general account functions, including miscellaneous office duties to support client servicing.
•Capability to manage open items and respond efficiently to client or insurer ad-hoc requests.
