Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs in compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.
  • •Conduct training, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments; lead regulatory inspections and emergency planning.
  • •Oversee facilities operations, including maintenance, utilities, and space planning for Alameda HQ and Atwater Test Site.
  • •Manage facilities vendors and contractors; plan and execute facility upgrades and infrastructure expansion projects.
  • •Provide routine on-site presence for test support and collaborate cross-functionally to track EHS/facilities KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Salary: USD 120,700 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of EHS and/or facilities management experience in aerospace, industrial, or high-tech environments.
  • •5+ years of experience managing a team.
  • •Strong working knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, and NFPA regulations.
  • •Proven ability to manage facilities projects and ensure compliance in dynamic settings.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
