Train and float across finishing roles, operating HV/LV assets and ASAP equipment during rotating night shifts. •Support and model Finishing team activities across safety, quality, productivity, teamwork, and staffing needs.
•Back up the Team Leader by prioritizing daily targets, communicating goals, coaching team members, and mentoring new employees.
•Run orders per product specifications, perform routine machine setup and changeovers, and load/unload bulk material.
•Report malfunctions and make minor adjustments/repairs; record operating data including downtime causes and performance-to-plan.
•Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform 5S, preventative maintenance, hazardous-waste procedures, and continuous improvement activities.

•Must be proficient with computer applications, especially Oracle transactional skills; able to work overtime as needed.
