SAP Sr. Basis SME Consultant

Manage SAP Basis technical operations for traditional AMS services, supporting ECC, PI, BW, APO, and GATP, including upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and support for multiple shifts. Handle incident escalations and core Basis activities such as SAP router/OSS setup, Logon groups, backup/restore, support package and kernel patch upgrades, database verification, and DR standby monitoring. Lead the Basis support team technically and coordinate with functional teams while maintaining strong client communication.
