Job Summary

Deliver functional consulting for Infor CSI (SyteLine) by analyzing end-user requirements and translating them into business process models. Conduct gap and fitment analysis between current and future state processes, complete business requirements documentation, and support ERP implementation and rollout lifecycle activities. Own key modules across estimation, order management, procurement, inventory/warehouse management, planning, operations, logistics (pick/pack/ship), invoicing, and RMA, particularly for manufacturing environments.

•Support Infor SyteLine consulting activities across the listed ERP modules.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a functional consultant.
•Experience implementing and supporting Infor CSI (SyteLine).
•Hands-on with modules including Estimation, Order Management, RFQ, Procurement, Inventory/Warehouse Management, Planning (APS Finite/Infinite, MRP), Operations, Pick/Pack/Ship, Invoicing, and RMA.
•Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms from functional and technical perspectives.
•Experience with ERP implementation/conversion and rollout lifecycle; experience in manufacturing industries.
