Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for gas and chemical delivery equipment and systems, including GLSS and P&A, across planning through operations and maintenance.
  • •Oversee operations, maintenance, and safety to ensure maximum uptime, coordinating with third-party providers for mechanical, electrical, fire life safety, process piping, and controls systems maintenance.
  • •Monitor third-party provider performance and report KPIs, and coordinate with multiple internal and external groups to meet requirements and minimize downtime.
  • •Conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis using 8D, evaluate system capacities, and recommend improvements.
  • •Lead engineering and design activities for instrumentation, controls, and life safety systems across multiple projects, including reviewing designs and commissioning/acceptance documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • •7 years of semiconductor or high-purity hazardous gas facilities management experience (or 10+ years equivalent experience).
  • •Working experience as a facilities engineer in semiconductor manufacturing (wafer fab) facilities.
  • •Industrial gas and chemical delivery experience, plus gas abatement and wastewater treatment systems experience.
  • •Working knowledge of gas distribution systems and PLC-based controls; knowledge of local Fire, Building, and Environmental codes.
