  • •Maintain global Tyk Cloud reliability and help define SLI/SLOs
  • •Identify reliability issues and work with squads to solve them
  • •Introduce new reliability metrics, dashboards, and monitoring improvements
  • •Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident management, including post-incident analysis
  • •Automate common operational tasks and document SRE processes/policies
