Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve in a joint leadership capacity within an MEP (mechanical, electrical, public health) discipline team, providing design/technical advice in a project manager capacity.
  • •Review design programmes, verify resource availability, and ensure delivery aligns with technical and commercial performance.
  • •Supervise the completion of detailed designs and supervise others working in the function.
  • •Lead discipline-specific feasibility studies, taking responsibility for and directing detailed and performance specification production.
  • •Develop and line manage junior staff while promoting WSP’s capabilities and expertise in the region.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng/BSc/MEng in an applicable engineering discipline.
  • •CIBSE/IET/Engineering Council Chartership or working towards it.
  • •RevitMEP training applied to the discipline.
  • •Proven track record delivering a variety of electrical projects across scale and sector.
  • •Ability to engage in technical discussions and communicate technical detail graphically to construction and client teams.
