Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a high-performing global hardware deployment team.
  • •Deliver complex deployment projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • •Manage deployment planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across the portfolio.
  • •Identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and operational risks; provide status updates and performance reporting to stakeholders.
  • •Support cutover planning, testing, production deployments, and feasibility assessments; provide customer/on-site support during critical deployment phases.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Accredited in Project Management methodologies and Health & Safety.
  • •10+ years of experience in the Air Transport Industry.
  • •10+ years of proven people management and senior leadership experience.
  • •Expertise in self-service, electromechanical, and baggage handling hardware solutions (including Auto Bag Drop, kiosks, biometrics, and automation) and strong English communication.
