Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of OGS Specialists to drive operational excellence.
  • •Translate complex policy intent into clear, scalable operational workflows, guidelines, and decision frameworks.
  • •Own knowledge management and framework design, including SOP development, process documentation, governance, and version control.
  • •Drive AI-enabled improvements to policy translation, documentation quality, and operational material efficiency.
  • •Lead global program management for policy/process change by assessing risk, coordinating updates, and enabling globally consistent but locally applicable implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate strong policy knowledge in the Ops functional domain and connect policy intent to operational governance, process strategy, or structured design.
