Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global teams (employees and consultants) to deliver cybersecurity projects and programs.
  • •Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define expected benefits/outcomes and ensure completion.
  • •Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop and adhere to schedules.
  • •Create and deliver project communications, charters, and accurate status reports; manage project artifacts and deliverable quality.
  • •Oversee financial management (budgets, forecasts, variance analysis) and manage resources/staffing while escalating conflicts as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years leading and managing high-visibility technology projects in financial services.
  • •Experience leading cybersecurity projects in Identity & Access Management (PAM, IGA, IAA), Data Protection, Security Operations, or Attack Surface Management.
  • •Experience working within a matrixed organization to deliver complex projects across multiple disciplines.
  • •Strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve ambiguous issues and align stakeholders.
  • •Experience managing project budgets (including internal/external labor) and using software delivery lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) plus project planning and reporting tools.
