Job Summary

Join Salesforce as a Specialist Solution Engineer focused on Apromore process intelligence. You will partner with Account Executives to drive enterprise AI opportunities, run technical discovery, build PoCs, architect data integrations (Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake), and translate prototypes into ROI-focused business cases for C-suite and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Run comprehensive technical discovery sessions with account executives to map architecture constraints and design optimized To-Be processes.
•Prototype and implement PoCs and minimum viable prototypes to validate technical feasibility of agentic automations and replatforming opportunities.
•Guide customers on end-to-end data connectivity and design robust process data models and ETL pipelines across enterprise data ecosystems.
•Translate prototypes into solid business cases and communicate ROI to executives and technical stakeholders.
•De-risk agentic AI deployments by defining clean context, handoffs, and trusted workflows while enabling successful customer adoption.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical selling roles (solution engineer, technical/solution architect, forward deployed engineer) or technical project delivery roles.
•Process intelligence expertise including process analytics, process mining, task mining, process simulation, and data-driven BPM concepts.
•Strong data engineering skills with SQL and Python; experience building data pipelines and API integrations.
•AI fluency including familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
•Sales instinct and commercial curiosity; ability to articulate technical solutions in business terms and drive enterprise deals.
