Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar across multiple time zones, prioritizing and making daily rescheduling decisions.
  • •Coordinate logistics for board meetings, investor meetings, and partner events, ensuring preparation materials and smooth follow-through.
  • •Manage domestic and international travel end to end, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and backup plans.
  • •Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, investors, board members, and stakeholders.
  • •Track and follow up on action items, commitments, and deliverables to ensure nothing the CEO committed to is dropped.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, including at least 2 years directly supporting a CEO or Founder at a high-growth technology/fintech company.
  • •Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complexity with a reliable system for everything.
  • •Impeccable judgment and discretion when exposed to highly sensitive information.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting emails and documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • •Proficiency with modern productivity tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and the ability to adopt new tools and AI-powered workflows.
