Lead the development and management of the program master schedule for a large complex defense program, integrating cost, schedule, and risk with EVMS practices. Collaborate with Program Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure execution excellence, financial performance, and timely deliverables for the Aegis Combat Systems Ship Integration Testing Program Office.

Key Responsibilities

•Schedule Management: establish and maintain the program’s overall schedule baseline and IMS; collaborate with schedulers to enable schedule performance management across contractual areas; contribute to deliverable/CDRL submission performance.
•Cost Management: assist with development and maintenance of the program cost baseline through the IMS; use resource-loaded IMS to forecast estimates at completion; collaborate with the finance analyst for cost performance reporting.
•Risk Management: collaborate with the risk management team to maintain the risk register and program management reserves.
•PMO Management: coordinate with local and corporate managers to enable strong program performance; integrate functional support into program meetings and reviews; lead pricing initiatives and Basis of Estimate development.
•Program Excellence: maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, drive technical execution, quality, and financial performance; implement improvement initiatives and promote technology insertion.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
•4+ years of project controls / project management experience.
•Established hands-on experience managing and controlling program scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality on programs of similar size and complexity.
•US citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
•Proficiency with integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, with complete schedule logic and resource loading.
