  • •Own technical direction, planning, milestones, and people outcomes for a consumer credit cards marketplaces team of 3–4 engineers.
  • •Mentor engineers through 1:1s, career development, and performance management while avoiding micromanagement and leading through influence.
  • •Contribute to delivery of the product backlog and the engineering excellence roadmap, including diving in when needed to set standards and drive quality.
