Greet customers in the branch lobby and help them complete simple transactions using mobile app and ATM technology. Provide personalized guidance by understanding customer needs, explaining Citizens products and benefits, and answering questions within required policies and compliance requirements. Follow cash-handling procedures and applicable laws while connecting customers to bankers for next steps.
