Key Responsibilities

  • •Under direction of the UK project lead, develop, modify, and review models and drawings to incorporate design intent.
  • •Develop and implement project design concepts, including project modelling, sketches, and research/data collection.
  • •Prepare, manage, and modify architectural documents such as plans, elevations, sections, and details following standards.
  • •Develop solutions to technical and design problems with attention to detail, efficiency, and quality.
  • •Work on multiple projects and interact with internal and external consultants while preparing presentations and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a qualified Architect with a 5 years BArch degree from a reputed institute in India.
  • •Working capability and proficiency in Revit with exposure to a common data environment / ACC.
  • •Experience working on Data center, Rail, Aviation, and Mixed-Use projects with demonstrable experience across industry sectors.
  • •Ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively to colleagues and client teams.
  • •Experience managing tender and construction stage works packages, including supporting junior colleagues and guidance when necessary.
