Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning
Seniority: Graduate level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with NetOps, SRE, and platform engineering teams to tackle complexities of a large data center network.
  • •Design and implement closed-loop AIOps, including a streaming network observability platform that unifies multi-source telemetry from physical and virtual networks.
  • •Develop intelligent diagnostics for anomaly detection, correlation analysis, and root cause analysis across hardware, protocol adjacencies, and application traffic.
  • •Explore LLM-based operations assistant capabilities using RAG, including conversational troubleshooting and network status reporting.
  • •Build automated remediation and smart runbooks plus capacity and risk prediction, and ensure a rock-solid scalable engineering system for the full AIOps pipeline.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • •Strong understanding of data center network architectures (e.g., Spine-Leaf Fabric) and protocols including EVPN/VXLAN and BGP/OSPF; in-depth knowledge of the Linux network stack.
  • •Proficiency in Golang or Python with strong coding and system design skills, plus familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
  • •Desirable experience with real-time data pipelines and big data processing (e.g., Kafka, Flink, ClickHouse/TSDB).
  • •Desirable observability and network intelligence experience, including Prometheus/OpenTelemetry, graph databases (e.g., Neo4j), and alert/event platform development.
