Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • •Use A360 capabilities (API Tasks, Code Review, Document Automation, AI Agents, and co-pilots) to build autonomous agents.
  • •Collaborate with business analysts and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • •Implement best practices for coding, agent orchestration, version control, governance, and documentation across the automation lifecycle.
  • •Integrate via APIs and external systems; test, validate, and optimize AI models, including A/B testing, while monitoring performance in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and supporting Agile/DevOps delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • •4+ years of hands-on experience in AI and automation development using APA tools and practices.
  • •Deep experience with Automation Anywhere A360, including advanced APA modules and integration capabilities.
  • •Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern scripting languages for automation and AI integration.
  • •Strong experience developing secure, scalable, modular automation solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
