Key Responsibilities

  • •Support, oversee, and coordinate engineering & design solutions and production activities for an operating unit focused on design-build and progressive design-build.
  • •Generate technical assessments, make presentations, and provide internal and external recommendations recognized as authoritative.
  • •Initiate and maintain contact with senior-level management, ensuring design development, contract document preparation, and compliance with budget and schedule requirements.
  • •Resolve critical issues in coordination with planning, environmental, and construction teams to support successful project delivery.
  • •Demonstrate mature judgment in anticipating and solving routine and unusual technical problems while organizing programs and projects and developing standards and guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related) plus 6 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Demonstrated experience in Marine Waterfront, Ports and/or Terminal engineering design.
  • •Preferred: Professional Engineering License (PE) in Structural or Civil.
  • •Experience running multiple infrastructure projects with construction values exceeding $100 million.
  • •Knowledge/familiarity with tools including AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, Bentley RAM Suite, Tedds, Enercalc, MathCAD, Hilti Profis, Bluebeam, STAAD.pro, and LPILE.
