Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior support to a team of Production Managers managing programmes across Glenrothes and Livingston.
  • •Manage production programmes within agreed quality standards, financial budgets, and timescales.
  • •Maintain manufacturing compliance to RUK standards and deliver financial review, analysis, and reporting to RUK Control Account Management standards.
  • •Ensure continuity of production across both sites with overall accountability for quality, efficient, and timely production.
  • •Lead lean management execution and drive safety/quality improvement, CORE programmes, and coaching/development of the production management team.
