Own the full lifecycle of a crypto wallet product at global scale, from ideation to production. Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and post-launch analysis, defining user stories and backlog workflows for development teams
•Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements and evaluate solutions based on feasibility, impact and value
•Conduct extensive market research and customer discovery to understand and articulate the value proposition
•Collaborate with developers, designers and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions and ensure alignment
•Ensure features are delivered on time with quality, coordinating testing and feedback loops

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role
•Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features
•Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and get engineers, designers, and business stakeholders pulling toward the same outcome
•Bias toward action. You identify what needs to change, build the case, and move without waiting to be asked
