Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain property-specific master asset management plans and administer client portfolios aligned to investment preferences.
  • •Conduct risk analysis surveys, monitor asset risk profile changes, and recommend mitigating strategies and risk rating updates.
  • •Own and maintain the Asset Register and Asset Information, including unique asset identification and staff compliance with naming/identification standards.
  • •Manage cash flow and physical assets (property and real estate), including assessment of asset status, future needs, and investment goals.
  • •Prepare and support approval of property operating budgets and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field (civil, construction, or mechanical).
  • •Master’s degree with a concentration in business management, real estate, finance, and/or accounting.
  • •Strong budgeting background with knowledge of real estate.
  • •Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and strong computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Excel with Power Query; Word and PowerPoint).
  • •Working knowledge of asset/facilities management and document management tools (FSI, Archibus, Maximo; Aconex or similar).
