Job Summary

As Uppdragsansvarig Byggnadskonstruktion, you will assume overall responsibility for delivering building construction assignments in Stockholm, leading internal teams, coordinating with clients on contract and financial matters, and driving technical questions. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with project teams, and assist in business development while ensuring delivery meets quality, schedule, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Take overall responsibility for delivery of one or more projects including economics, timing and quality.
•Lead project groups at the Stockholm office in collaboration with administrators.
•Coordinate assignments with external contacts.
•Maintain strong client relations and respond to client challenges and requests.
•Share broad knowledge in building construction and mentor junior consultants.

Key Requirements

•At least 8 years of professional experience in building construction, preferably in a consultancy.
•Experience leading assignments/ project leadership within the industry.
•Experience with Tekla or Revit and strong knowledge of calculations.
•Civil or university degree in building construction or a related field.
•Fluent Swedish in speech and writing; good English is beneficial.
