Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage quote and contract approval workflows for pricing, discounts, and special terms using Deal Desk guidelines.
  • •Provide guidance to Account Executives on quoting and resolve Salesforce cases for quoting, pricing, and contracting inquiries.
  • •Maintain SLA performance for approvals and deal review times.
  • •Perform month-end and quarter-end closing activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of contracts and order forms.
  • •Identify process improvement opportunities, cross-train with other Deal Desk functions, and act as a liaison to help facilitate timely deal closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using Salesforce, with Salesforce CPQ required.
  • •Prior Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Order Management experience required.

  • •Expertise navigating complex business process requirements with extreme attention to detail.
