Job Summary

Seeking a skilled System/Business Analyst to join Aon Philippines in the Online Benefit Solutions team. You will lead requirements gathering for new client implementations, conduct workshops, and translate client needs into standard templates, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure changes align with regional/global standards and SOPs. 2-3 years’ BA/SA experience in health insurance is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead business requirements gathering workstreams for new client implementations and manage complex change requests during renewals per Aon standards.
•Conduct requirements workshops with clients to gather and translate business needs into standard requirement templates and walkthroughs for internal teams.
•Clarify requirements and ensure mutual understanding of processes, service delivery, and client expectations across stakeholders.
•Review SOPs, Admin Process Documents, and CRA workflows, providing feedback and recommendations to align with client requirements and operational processes.
•Oversee end-to-end Change Request processes, monitoring and controlling changes to align with regional/global standards and minimize disruption.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years proven track record as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in a project/implementation environment
•Experience in Health Solutions / Group Insurance domain (Employee Benefits Insurance preferred)
•Bachelor’s degree (Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent
•Strong ability to understand client requirements and communicate effectively at all levels
•Proficiency in documenting requirements specifications and translating business needs into actionable templates
