  • •Plan, execute, and commercialize large-scale, complex pump product development projects, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
  • •Manage, mentor, and develop project managers and coordinators to foster accountability and high performance.
  • •Act as the project management subject matter expert for best practices in planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
  • •Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations across multiple concurrent projects.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, issues, and bottlenecks, escalating when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • •PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
