Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day platform operations, incident/problem/change management, and major incident RCA and remediation.
  • •Monitor platform health using KPIs and operational dashboards; drive readiness reviews and service continuity planning.
  • •Own Workday bi-annual release planning, impact assessments, feature enablement, and govern changes through CAB.
  • •Lead enterprise test automation strategy and regression testing for releases, tenant refreshes, and vendor patches prior to production promotion.
  • •Drive automation of operational workflows and self-service capabilities; oversee tenant provisioning, environment governance, and dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •5–6 years of relevant experience in technology operations or enterprise application support.
  • •Experience leading operations/service management for mission-critical SaaS platforms.
  • •Experience supporting Workday HCM, Finance, Integrations, or Security, including tenant strategy, releases, and production support.
  • •Strong ITIL grounding in Incident/Problem/Change/Release Management with experience building KPIs and executive scorecards.
