Job Summary

Support M&A, debt advisory, and financing engagements for middle-market tech and services clients. Analyze complex financial statements, market trends, and performance metrics to identify risks, value drivers, and opportunities. Build sophisticated valuation and operating models (including LBOs) and produce clear written materials, client presentations, and transaction documentation. Work on cross-border, multi-market transactions using leading investment banking databases and proprietary resources.

Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate strong commercial judgment and market awareness to inform analysis and recommendations.
•Analyze financial statements and business performance metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and value drivers.
•Handle, review, and synthesize large volumes of data to articulate patterns, trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities.
•Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, including valuation, merger consequences, LBO, and operating models.
•Support live transactions across M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory, including preparing presentations and transaction documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally in a numerate, business, or related discipline.
•1-2 years of experience in investment banking (sell-side M&A, corporate finance, or transaction services).
•Working knowledge of the Technology & Services sector (prior sector coverage is a plus).
•Excellent quantitative skills plus strong writing and verbal communication.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, PitchBook, Mergermarket) is an advantage.
