Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate strong commercial judgment and market awareness to inform analysis and recommendations.
  • •Analyze financial statements and business performance metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and value drivers.
  • •Handle, review, and synthesize large volumes of data to articulate patterns, trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities.
  • •Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, including valuation, merger consequences, LBO, and operating models.
  • •Support live transactions across M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory, including preparing presentations and transaction documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally in a numerate, business, or related discipline.
  • •1-2 years of experience in investment banking (sell-side M&A, corporate finance, or transaction services).
  • •Working knowledge of the Technology & Services sector (prior sector coverage is a plus).
  • •Excellent quantitative skills plus strong writing and verbal communication.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, PitchBook, Mergermarket) is an advantage.
