Marine HSEQ Manager

Oversee Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) compliance across UK Defence afloat operations. Serve as the afloat HSEQ subject matter expert, providing operational assurance to Masters and marine/technical managers while developing and maintaining Safety Management Systems aligned to ISM and relevant maritime legislation. Lead incident, accident and near-miss investigations, ensure internal/external audit readiness, and produce HSEQ performance reports that drive data-led decisions. Work closely with shore-side HSEQ to ensure an integrated approach.
