Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform break & fix troubleshooting/repair for AI servers and other server products.
  • •Perform break & fix troubleshooting/repair for enterprise/midrange storage products and connected FC switch products.
  • •Triage incidents in coordination with the Dell remote support team to determine causes.
  • •Perform parts reseat (re-seat), swap, and replacement work.
  • •Carry out firmware upgrades on-site or via remote work, and continuously learn about current technologies and Dell services.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant hands-on work experience of 2–3 years (years negotiable based on your background).
  • •Live in Aichi Prefecture, or be able to relocate to/near Aichi.
  • •Basic knowledge of server products (including AI servers).
  • •Basic knowledge of midrange/enterprise storage products and FC switch products.
  • •Data center hardware maintenance experience (preferred), or equivalent industry-recognized certifications related to Linux/Windows/VMware/networking/AI-GPU infrastructure (preferred).
