Own commercial performance for ADMAT Industrial across assigned customers and channels, implementing long-term business plans and expanding new business in adhesives and composites. Develop new customers in B-B/B-C segments, lead generation with application support, and maintain strong customer relationships. Forecast sales volume and value, ensure timely orders and payment, and partner with internal teams to build strategic marketing and business development plans through regular customer visits.
