Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global dispute resolution and case management for direct cloud and cloud marketplace billing, optimizing customer satisfaction and minimizing churn.
  • •Oversee delinquency management, unbillable suspensions, and termination workflows to mitigate financial risk and enforce customer communications and controls.
  • •Serve as escalation point for high-value refunds, re-billing, return authorization, and ad-hoc credit authorizations.
  • •Drive quarter-end consumption and billing reporting and bad debt write-off forecasting/execution, including postmortem case intelligence reviews.
  • •Lead billing automation and innovation, including suspension/termination automation, marketplace cash application enhancements, and adoption of AI/tooling; partner cross-functionally to streamline customer billing.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressively responsible management experience across order-to-cash, accounting, finance, or revenue operations in publicly traded SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • •Expertise in cloud marketplace billing mechanics across AWS, GCP, and Azure (including private offers, MP cash application, and usage-based metering).
  • •Proven track record automating manual billing workflows and implementing cross-functional systems and operational controls (e.g., ERP, billing engines, Salesforce, MP portals).
  • •Ability to lead and mentor distributed global teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC with structured documentation and cross-training.
  • •Strong foundation in financial reporting, month-end/quarter-end close, and internal control frameworks.
