Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and communicate work plans and schedules in accordance with work management processes, compliance, and risk management.
  • •Plan and schedule work orders in SAP to ensure safe execution for employees and contractors.
  • •Monitor and manage preventative and corrective work strategies, including statutory plans and materials management, while adhering to budget.
  • •Facilitate weekly schedules to align work management activities with production plans and milestones.
  • •Build and communicate accurate, well-resourced work schedules aligned to planning windows.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical or Electrical Trade (Electrical highly regarded).
  • •Experience using SAP PM and MM modules to plan and schedule work orders.

  • •Advanced computer literacy, particularly MS suite (MSP, Excel, Word).
