Key Responsibilities

•Provide daily administrative assistance to the training team, including maintaining and aligning the training calendar with studio activities.
•Prepare instructional materials for new hire orientation and create promotional assets (digital newsletters and flyers) for training resources and events.
•Use a ticketing system to track and address incoming training requests; coordinate production-specific training needs with Artist Managers and their coordinators.
•Maintain and update workshop materials and learning resources, including cataloging recorded sessions in the Learning Management System and supporting LMS/Confluence pages.
•Support early-career outreach and events (studio visits, portfolio critiques, conferences, academic events) by planning, scheduling, and coordinating administrative and logistics follow-ups.
