Sr. Software Engineer – Real-Time Controls

Build and deliver production-grade real-time control software for humanoid robots operating in human environments. Own features from conception through completion, integrating low-level firmware data with high-level controls using real-time task graphs. Implement state estimation and diagnostic monitoring, improve kinematics and actuation quality, and integrate learned RL policies into the controls stack. Lead by maintaining strong architecture and design documentation, and by ensuring reliability through code reviews, CI, and automated testing.
