Job Summary

Own the commercial backbone of service and project delivery for a global mobile program, including end-to-end contract management, negotiations, and compliance. Steer budgets, invoices, timesheets, forecasting, and dispute handling across operating entities while monitoring service and project KPIs. Drive billing and spend control using PPM and governance processes (ServiceNow, SAP WBS, procurement tracking, Fieldglass), partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver customer-centric outcomes and continuous efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead contract management and negotiations for service and projects, ensuring compliance with obligations and regulations.
•Govern budget, invoice, and timesheet processes; forecast costs and revenues; manage accruals, disputes, credit notes, and back-charging across operating entities.
•Monitor service and project KPIs and implement improvements to increase delivery efficiency and effectiveness while tracking product-level commercials.
•Run core commercial processes including billing management and spend control, ad-hoc reporting, ServiceNow PPM, and provider management with contingent budgeting.
•Plan and manage SAP WBS for project services and oversee procurement tracking/approvals, Fieldglass checklist processing, and Run/Project Order Agreements alignment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Hands-on commercial experience in service management (or related), with strong contract management and negotiation skills.
•Analytical decision-making and problem-solving strengths, with excellent organization and stakeholder relationship management.
•Fluent spoken and written English and ability to work across cultures and functions.
•Proficiency with MS Office, ServiceNow PPM, Ariba, and SAP; familiarity with PPM process and SAP BW, plus willingness to learn JIRA, eazyBI, BigPicture, and Confluence independently.
