Branch Leader - South Asheville

Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, management, and business development. Grow branch revenue by expanding small business expertise and mass affluent relationships through client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management. Oversee human capital decisions including hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and disciplinary actions while partnering with IRM and operations to promote a One Team culture.
