Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the vision, strategy, and integrated 24–36 month plan for Cloud Control 360, connecting product, customer, go-to-market, partner, and commercial outcomes.
  • •Lead the five program workstreams: market activation and demand creation; pipeline acceleration and deal execution; customer adoption and value realization; seller and partner efficiency; and product-market fit and feedback loop.
  • •Establish and run the program governance model, including weekly operating reviews, workstream cadences, decision logs, clear ownership, and escalation to the Steering Committee for unresolved issues.
  • •Build a shared source of truth and scorecard spanning onboarding/adoption, bookings/pipeline, renewals/expansion, consumption/tokenomics, driven wins, and product health.
  • •Translate cross-product barriers and ambiguous multi-team issues into executive choices and trade-offs; represent the program externally and develop a high-performing team of product and program leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 14+ years equivalent industry experience, preferably in product management, product strategy, or related technology leadership.
  • •Proven experience building, coaching, and leading high-performing product management teams.
  • •Demonstrated success leading complex, global, cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, customer experience, sales, marketing, finance, operations, legal, and partners.
  • •Experience defining product/portfolio strategy, converting it into integrated roadmaps and operating plans, and driving execution in a highly matrixed environment.
